Methodology

First, we meet directly with you. We work together, brainstorming about your project or idea.

Then, we analyze your requirements and split them into atomic tasks, building the Backlog.

Prioritizing your requirements, we set milestones and split them into groups named Sprints, which will take 2 weeks.

After a Sprint ends, we review it together, and then we organize the next Sprint.

To maintain HIGH QUALITY, every single ATOMIC task goes through this PROCESS.

This is where all the requirements created in the Backlog start before the developer has started working on them.

In Progress

Immediately the developer starts working on the requirement all-out testing & automation tools activate.

For Review

At the end of every requirement and issue, we will do a code review. This will entail inspecting what has been completed if the requirement was done in the best possible way and if the result is replicated by the specifications of the requirement.

Client Validation

It’s time for the client to test the requirement! Once the client has tested, validated, and approved they will be the one to decide the requirement is DONE!

If the developer has a question for the client, a fully detailed comment will be provided explaining the reason for being “on hold”.
